Less waiting. More living.
Guests scan a QR code and type their receipt number. Their phone tells them the moment the food is ready.
Tell us about your counters and we'll set you up.
The food pager your guests already carry.
- No app download
- Works with the receipts you print
- No pager hardware
- Every outlet, its own kitchen
Every side of the counter.
See what else it does
QR codes you control
Print a poster in seconds. Turn a code off or replace it the moment it's misused.
A pickup screen
Ready numbers on any TV in the hall, paging by itself when the counter is busy.
Calm through Wi-Fi drops
The kitchen keeps taps on the device and sends them in order when it reconnects.
Works beside your till
Guests type the number on their receipt, so nothing needs connecting.
Private by design
One anonymous session per browser. No names, phone numbers or emails.
Why venues switch.
- Pagers
Pagers get lost, go flat, and only work in range.
Guests use the phone already in their pocket. Nothing to buy, charge or count back in.
- The counter
Guests hover by the pass asking, “Is mine ready yet?”
They see the kitchen has their order, then get a clear alert anywhere with internet.
- Apps
Nobody downloads an app for one lunch.
A QR code opens a web page. No download, no account, no email address.
Scan. Enter. Collect.
Guests order and pay exactly as they do today. CloudBuzzer starts once they have a receipt.
Scan the counter's code
The pager opens in the browser with the venue and outlet already chosen. A venue-wide code lets guests pick their counter.
Type the receipt number
104, 00104 or A-104: the pager follows each outlet's receipt format and checks it before tracking starts.
Get the alert, collect
The kitchen taps Mark ready. The guest's screen changes, the alarm plays, and the pickup point is shown.
Good to know before you start.
Phone notifications have limits
The repeating alarm needs the pager open. Background notifications need permission, and on iPhone (iOS 16.4 or later) the pager must be added to the Home Screen. Silent mode and Focus still apply.
Integrations are manual today
Guests enter receipt numbers themselves. A boundary for POS and kitchen display connections exists, but no provider is connected yet. No SMS or WhatsApp.
What you need
Guests need a phone with internet. Each kitchen needs a device with a browser. You need Wi-Fi at the counter and a spot for the QR codes. Pricing is agreed per venue.

Questions venues ask.
Do guests need to download an app or create an account?
No. Scanning the QR code opens the pager in the phone's browser. Guests enter the number from their receipt and that's it. The only exception is background notifications on iPhone, which need the pager saved to the Home Screen first.
Will the alarm ring if the guest locks their phone?
The repeating alarm only plays while the pager page is open. With phone notifications turned on, a locked or backgrounded phone gets a normal system notification instead, using the phone's usual alert sound. Silent mode, Focus or Do Not Disturb can still hide or mute it, and we don't pretend otherwise.
Do we need to connect our POS or till?
No. Guests type the order number that's already printed on their receipt. A connection to point-of-sale systems is planned, but today nothing is connected and nothing needs to be.
What do kitchens need?
A tablet, laptop or phone with a modern browser and Wi-Fi. Staff sign in, see their outlet's queue and tap Mark ready. The screen can be installed like an app.
What happens if the kitchen Wi-Fi drops?
An open kitchen screen says it is offline and keeps actions in a queue on the device. When the connection returns they are sent in order. Until then the screen is clear that guests have not been told.
Can one guest track orders from different outlets?
Yes. Each receipt is tracked separately on the same phone, with its own outlet, pickup point and alert.
What do you store about guests?
An anonymous session cookie that ties a browser to the receipts it registered, kept for seven days. No name, phone number or email is needed. If a guest turns on phone notifications, their browser's push address is stored so we can send the ready alert.
